FILESAVE DOCX: Writer freezes on ODT to DOCX conversion (SwPageFootnoteInfo::GetTopDist)

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open attachment 177766 [details] (bug 146955)
2. Save as DOCX -> wait

Bug 146955 and this here might be entangled

Actual Results:
Freeze

Export
