Description:
Crash if I stretched the property pane in LibreOffice Writer on Windows 10

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Please open LibreOffice 7.3 on Windows 10.
2. Please put mouse on property tile's frame(right pane), and make the cursor <--> shape. 
3. Please click the bar and drag into either left or right.
4.  The bar has shaken, and LibreOffice crashed.

Actual Results:
The property pane started dancing left and right forever

Expected Results:
The property pane should chase to the mouse cursor.


Reproducible: Always

Thank you for filing. But this is a known issue with work around of setting Sidebar behavior in Expert configuration stanza "Minimum width" to 'false'. That will prevent the resize loop -- see bug 140360
