Description: LibreOffice 7.1.4.2-14.22.10.1.x86_64 worked well when running over SSH (with X-Forwarding). However, after updating to 7.2.3.2-150300.14.22.15.3.x86_64, it is quite unusable over SSH. Even on an empty document, typing and moving the cursor (with arrow keys for example) has a latency of 1+ second for example. Looking at the changelog of the package, there were many patches, but nothing that stands out to me that could have caused this. Steps to Reproduce: 1. From a Linux desktop (openSUSE Leap 15.3 x86_64 in my case), running an X server (did not test with Wayland), SSH to another machine and run LibreOffice (X-Forwarding via SSH) 2. Navigate around, type into a new document, see how the performance is. 3. Actual Results: The performance is quite unusable. Even on an empty document, typing and moving the cursor (with arrow keys for example) has a latency of 1+ second for each operation for example. Expected Results: Performance should work well like it did in version 7.1.4.2 Reproducible: Always User Profile Reset: Yes OpenGL enabled: Yes Additional Info: This was tested on openSUSE Leap 15.3 x86_64 and these versions are openSUSE packages (reference https://bugzilla.suse.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1196934 which referred me to open a ticket upstream with you)
Looks like this is no longer an issue in version 7.2.5.1 (from openSUSE Leap 15.3 repos). Closing the bugzilla.
