Description:
FILEOPEN DOCX: File opening takes 40 seconds until responsive, with Word 10 seconds

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open attachment 161876 [details] (from bug 133897) -> Measure time until responsive
2. go to bottom of the table (last page)
3. Delete a couple rows and press CTRL+Z


Actual Results:
40 seconds waiting until open


Expected Results:
Better performance on large tables


Reproducible: Always

Repro as reported. 
But as I noted before: I don't see point in so many reports for general problem of large table perf in Writer, where fileopen is not slow but full loading is. 
So I wont' set to New. This should be duplicated or explained what's specific.
