Description:
UI: No visual feedback of the position of the drop when attempting to drag an animation to the bottom of the list

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open attachment 180054 [details]
2. Open the sidebar -> Animation deck
3. Expand the animations (so you can see all the animations on the slide)
4. Drag the top animation to the bottom of the list
5. Notice it well show gray drop line.. on all positions except the bottom

Actual Results:
No gray drop line

Expected Results:
Visible drop line


Reproducible: Always


User Profile Reset: No

Reproduced with Windows and Linux gen backend.

Checking with linux-64-7.0, the last change to the behaviour was

weld custom animation panel

Before this change, the position was changed as if in real time, without any preview-like thing. Earlier it was not possible to drag and drop to change position at all (at least in 6.3).
