Description:
Unexpected selection of 2 entry's in the animation panel after drag & drop action

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open attachment 180054 [details]
2. Open the sidebar -> Animation deck
3. Expand the animations (so you can see all the animations on the slide)
4. Select the red dotted oval shaped shape
5. Press add animation
6. Drag the added animation up to second top
7. Notice 2 entry's getting selected


Actual Results:
2 entry's selected

Expected Results:
Only the one which was selected by the drag


Reproducible: Always


User Profile Reset: No

Reproduced with kf5 and gen, but not with gtk3.

Has been like this since the bigger change in 7.0:
