Trivial example file from Calc

Attached trivial file when saved with recent master to xlsx, opens with a repair dialog in Excel 2010 and 2013.

1, Open attached file, it contains only a "Hello world" in A1.
2, Save as xlsx
3, Open the xlsx in Excel 2010 or 2013

Excel finds unreadable content with the message:
Repaired Part: /xl/worksheets/sheet1.xml part with XML error. Catastrophic failure Line 2, column 0.

With a more complex file this led to loss of drawing shapes and charts.

Likely, the error message is the same with the example of that bug and the bibisect as well.
