Steps to reproduce:
1. File -> Wizards -> Address Data Source
2. Press help button in dialog

Actual result:
Could not find help page (https://help.libreoffice.org/7.3/en-GB/text/shared/05/err_html.html?System=WIN&DbPAR=WRITER&HID=EXTENSIONS_UID_ABSPILOT_HELP)

Expected result:
https://help.libreoffice.org/7.3/en-GB/text/shared/autopi/01170000.html?&DbPAR=WRITER&System=WIN
