No repro.
I have that update in Windows Server 2012 R2 and installation of 7.2.7.2 is fine.

I see it at https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=42334.
You may check if you have that update with:
wmic qfe list full /format:table | findstr /i "2919355"

Weired, when I tried to install this update (Windows8.1-KB2919355-x64), it said: Windows Update Standalone Installer. The update is not applicable to your computer"

I pasted this command in cmd, but nothing returned.

You don't have the update. Try to install all updated from that link.
This doesn't seem like LO bug but your local problem.

My windows have installed all of the updates from windows update, I have installed all of the updates on the page you provided before, except Windows8.1-KB2919355-x64.msu, because the same prompt as above... I have no idea what's wrong.

ok, after some searching, I got that Windows8.1-KB2919442-x64 is a pre-requiremnent for the installation of the Windows8.1-KB2919355-x64. Issue was fixed, thank you!(In reply to Timur from comment #3)
