Description:
Enter key pressing adds empty paragraphs above image and it moves the image down instead a new empty paragraph adding below the image

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Activate AutoCaption feature in Writer using Tools->Options->LireOffice Writer->AutoCaption, check LibreOffice Writer Image on right side
2. Open a new Writer document
3. Select Insert image icon on the toolbar
4. Select some big picture (it should be wider than text area width in the Writer docs) and insert it into the document
5. Enable showing of Formatting Marks by select the Toggle Formatting Marks icon on the toolbar
6. Click in the empty paragraph below inserted image and press Enter key => it inserts the empty paragraph above the image and the imave is moved to down

Actual Results:

Enter key pressing adds empty paragraphs below image and it doesn't move the image down
