Description: Intermittent: Attempting to vertically or diagonally resize an image (BMP) imported into Calc does not work. Instead image moves offscreen (to the top?) Steps to Reproduce: 1. Import BMP image by drag and drop 2. Use Calc normally for some time 3. Select image so that corners shows green squares to resize 4. Try to drag any bottom or top corner (ie to resize vertically or diagonally) Actual Results: (Intermittent) Image does not resize and is moved. I suspect it may move to the top of the document. Expected Results: Image should resize and show current preview of resize according to current mouse drag position Reproducible: Sometimes User Profile Reset: No Additional Info: Bug is intermittent, but once it occurs it persists reliably until LibreOffice is killed. Opening/ closing document or deleting and reimporting image do not help.
