This is not a bug, this is the test document, that needs to be handled by LibreOffice correctly. The source tree of LibreOffice contains a number of invalid documents, and documents (and other files, like images) *known to contain risks*, that *are tested to be handled by LibreOffice* without the problems. Development process includes the steps to allow the treats in the source tree [1].
