Description:
The date format globally used in LibreOffice should be configurable independent from the set locale. This is essential when working in an international environment that requires ISO date format.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Set locale to en_GB


Actual Results:
You are stuck with British date format although you want ISO.

Expected Results:
Be able to use ISO date format.
