Description: When I turn off the "Show Whitespace" option the vertical ruler show it like the margin still there. Steps to Reproduce: 1. Create a new Writer document 2. Turn on the whitespace. View ->Show Whitespace 3. If you do not see the vertical ruler turn it on. View -> Rulers -> Vertical Ruler Actual Results: You can see the margin on the vertical ruler after when you turn off the "Show Whitespace". Expected Results: When you turn off the "Show Whitespace" then the vertical ruler does not show the margin. Needs retesting in master, the revert for tdf#149485 should have fixed this one also.
