Description:
Says download verified but failed to finish download. Other is saying that the file could not be read. Locked file couldn't be created for exclusive access by Libre Office. due to missing permission to lock file on that file location. "Open Read-Only does not give me access to file.

Actual Results:
Nothing. Would not allow to file

Expected Results:
Nothing. Same as above


Reproducible: Couldn't Reproduce


User Profile Reset: No



Additional Info:
Allowed access to file to read and edit as needed. Have 7.34 loaded on computer currently

Report is not clear, but seems to be about failed download. 
Can you just try again and verify with a checksum?
