Description:
In my case it is in Dutch: "Het hoofdwachtwoord is opgeslagen in een verouderd formaat, u moet het vernieuwen." With the button "Wachtwoord vernieuwen" meaning "Renew password". But there is no master password, so i can not renew it. It appears in each component exept in Base.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Start a new document or open an existing document
2.

Actual Results:
The error message appears

Expected Results:
No error message should appears


Reproducible: Always


User Profile Reset: No

It appears  also in the new version 7.3.4.
Because of this bug i reinstalled de old version 7.3.2.

It's not likely that LO is completely broken. 
Please install 7.3.4 and do LO profile folder reset or better rename. 
With strange behavior it's the first step, as indicated in report form.

Before updating to LO 7.3.4.2, I have removed the folder C:\Users\Wim Heyvaert\AppData\Roaming\LibreOffice\4\user and it works for me. Thanks.
