The link is only text, or you have activated URL Recognition?

If URL Recognition is active, I (see below) can not select part of the link.

I see no problems at:
Version: 7.2.7.2 (x86) / LibreOffice Community
Build ID: 8d71d29d553c0f7dcbfa38fbfda25ee34cce99a2

Yes, I have enabled URL recognition (no text only).

Hi All

tried to copy > paste a link from a cell to another cell, and from the input formula box to another cell (directly o via the input formula box) and it works for me, using the following release and system:

Version: 7.3.4.2 / LibreOffice Community
Build ID: 30(Build:2)
CPU threads: 8; OS: Linux 5.13; UI render: default; VCL: kf5 (cairo+xcb)
Locale: it-IT (it_IT.UTF-8); UI: it-IT
Ubuntu package version: 1:7.3.4~rc2-0ubuntu0.20.04.1~lo1
Calc: threaded

LibreOffice downloaded and installed via package manager from libreoffice-ubuntu-ppa repository

It also happens on the Windows 10 pro platform.

Build ID: 49f2b1bff42cfccbd8f788c8dc32c1c309559be0
CPU threads: 4; OS: Windows 10.0 Build 19044; UI render: Skia/Raster; VCL: win

I tested this bug inside:

Version: 7.3.4.2 (x64) / LibreOffice Community
Build ID: 728fec16bd5f605073805c3c9e7c4212a0120dc5
CPU threads: 4; OS: Windows 10.0 Build 19044; UI render: Skia/Raster; VCL: win
Locale: it-IT (it_IT); UI: it-IT
Calc: CL

I can confirm the bug
Comment 6 Timur 2022-06-13 09:40:14 UTC
I think this may be confirmed with lowest priority, because copy works for the whole link and also for a part from formula bar.
Copy from cell in Inherited from OO, while copy from formula was fixed in LO.

Selected partial of the text from I"nput line" - right click - Copy. Paste in any cell: nothing is pasted.

I also confirm the bug with the following version.

PARTIAL selection from the CELL INPUT line is not copied to memory.
