Update from whiuch to which version? Bug makes sense only if reproducible. Did it happen to you multiple times? Which folders do you find in C:\Users\<username>\Application Data\LibreOffice\ , which one has "user" ?

On the Start center, recent documents has nothing, while through Menu/Recent documents they are.

Miguel, so this is not about upgrade? Does it populate after some time? Did you reset profile? Or is it a regression?

I still don't understand where is the bug, looking at attachment 180769 [details]. 
If you expect a list under Recent button, no, list is in large window at the right.
Look at Templates, also there is just filtering, not the list itself.
Please write exact Experienced and Expected.

Maybe it's the intended behavior, but a selection with only one selection doesn't look very orthodoxy.

Putting directly 'Clear recent documents' seems more adequate.

This menu in Recent documents button was removed in dev version ( moved to Actions menu)
