Starting with LO 7.5.0.0 alpha0+ and LO 7.4.0.0 beta1+ no popup menus (context manus) are shown after right mouse click or pressing popup menu key neither in Calc nor in Writer.

Reproducing the bug:
- open any odt or ods document
- place the cursor anywhere in the document and right click the mouse or hit the context menu key on the keyboard
- actual result: nothing happens
- expected result: context menu is displayed
