Please also verify that you have the necessary gstreamer plugin packages installed.

Actual result: The music icon appears and it does not consider .Mp4 as a video file. Nothing happens when the play button is pressed and dragged the CTI(Current Time Indicator) line. Expected Result: .Mp4 file should be attached and it should have played in the LibreOffice Impress Reproducible: Always.

Tried with a random mp4 file and it works fine for me. Sai: please check you have the necessary gstreamer packages.
