this calendar is built with Excel 2019 and conditional formats

Some conditional formatting is lost when opening an XLSX file. The number formatting is set to standard.
See attached file. Please have a look at holidays there are not converted as date.

Could you please attach another copy of the file with the password protection turned off so it can be investigated farther?

Hi Scott!

Sorry, I forgot that the sheets are protected. You can use "Kalender" for unlocking the protection in all sheets.

I can reproduce this and do feel it is a bug because the conditional formatting dialog shows a preview of the intended numbered date. I attached my screenshot to show this.

This used to work in 7.0, broke in 7.1 with:
