Use background button in Writer

After the patches to bug 128150 there is a new button of the Area settings tab page, Use background.

This appears in Writer and Calc as well, but being a presentation-specific feature it makes little sense to have it.

1 a, In Writer, select Format - Paragraph - Area
1 b, In Calc, select Format - Cells - Background
2, There is a Use background button, but should be hidden.
