Description:
UI: the arrangement of setting defining position of a shape kind off odd

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the attached file
2. Right click the yellow shape
3. Open Position and size dialog -> Position and size tab
4. The setting reads: Vertical From Top, 14,10 cm - Entire page
5. Changing Entire page to Entire Paragraph Area.. Press OK

I'm LTR reader. And I tend assume the left setting affecting the right, but not the opposite, the right setting affecting the left.

The area is relevant for positioning, measuring. And should be prior to the distance. You can only now the distance if you now from where.. 

Actual Results:
Dialog seems has weird arrangement of controls

Expected Results:
From Top -> Entire Page -> by... CM
