odp save to pptx

Hello,

please save the odp file to pptx. Than open the pptx file with MS Office 356, it will show an error message.

With an older version of Libre office (don´t know witch) it works fine.

Example file saved as pptx with 7.2.7

No repro when the example file is saved with 7.2.7, or 7.3.0, 7.4beta1, or 7.5nightly and opened with PP 2010/13/16.

What version of PP can not open this?

The above file in O365 live also looks okay:

Yes. 10 images are saved as 14 because some are duplicated.
Like "digital finance" from the master slide.

I also can open in MSO 2016 and O365. So question remains, also add screenshot.

This report can be confirmed anyway as images from master slide are NOK both in LO and MSO. "digital finance" is shown on slide 1, where it should not be.
I change the title.

This is fixed in 7.4, after bug 74670 was recently solved. Now the saved file is about 750kB for me.

Yes, also there are 3 master slides in the odp, while 2 in the pptx.
The unused "Copyright German" is missing.

Master slides view in master for the original and its pptx version
Comment 10 Gabor Kelemen (allotropia) 2023-12-19 12:45:28 UTC
This is now fixed after the fixes in bug 155512 and bug 157740

Now there are all 3 master slides exported - but, smaller problems are still there in the content of the master slides. I will file a new report.
