Created attachment 180964 [details] Promptd When opening a label document the user is prompted with the wrong text: "The document [file name] contains one or more links to external data. Would you like to change the document, and update all links to get the most recent data?" This text appears with any regular label templates even if there are no links to external data. 1. Create a new label document (File > New > Labels), complete and save it. 2. Close the file. 3. Open the file.

Your attachment did produce your reported bug when I opened it, are you sure you haven't saved anything else into your document besides the new label? I agree with Ezinne, attaching a screen recording of your process may add value and help see what is causing this bug or how to reproduce it. I will also change status to NEEDINFO and you can set it back to UNCONFIRMED when you have a screen recording to attach.
Created attachment 181197 [details] Screen recording Thanks a lot for checking. Yes, nothing else than the labels are saved. I did some further testing with a fresh installation and a new document. It turns out the prompt only appears if "Sychronize contents" in the label options is selected. Attached please find the screen recording.

I tried with that option, but I can't reproduce from scratch. Set to NEEDINFO. Change back to UNCONFIRMED, if the problem persists. Change to RESOLVED WORKSFORME, if the problem went away.
