A mouse right click on a cell in Calc does not open a menu

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open a calc sheet
2.Right click on a cell
3.

Actual Results:
nothing happens

Expected Results:
nothing


Reproducible: Always


User Profile Reset: No

provide a drop down menu

Expected result should read "drop down menu appears"

It should be fixed from 7.4.1.
