Description:
When I open paragraph window and click the "Hyphenation zone" or "Don't hyphenate words in CAPS" after click F1 key, the "Read Help Online" do not jump to the right section of help. 

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a new document in Writer
2. Format -> Paragraph
3. Automatically highlight if it is not.
4. Click in the value of "Hyphenation zone"  
5. Click F1 key

Actual Results:
Open the help webpage of "Text Flow".

Expected Results:
Open the accurate help webpage of the selected option.
