Thanks for creating the patch for Numbertext. I built now with Russian language and I confirm that for RAND.NV and RANDBETWEEN.NV there is no translation in the Russian UI. Now I noticed in Weblate that the "Needs editing" checkbox is checked for these strings. I don't know what that means.
