Description: A few weeks ago or more suddenly everytime I try to open a doc or a blank doc, etc. it wants to save the last thing I worked on even though I saved it and closed it properly. Yesterday when that happened, it could not save it since it said it didn't exist and indeed it was gone. I had to find the backup which was actually not the final version. Actual Results: I just open Writer, either to create a new document or I open an existing one, and the message pops up to save the last thing I worked on. Expected Results: Usually I just save it again. Yesterday it had disappeared. I had to get the backup but it was the next to last version saved. Reproducible: Always User Profile Reset: Yes Additional Info: Just opened
Please test with Menu/Help/Restart in Safe Mode. Maybe an issue with your rights in the folder used to save the files.
That most likely a local problem, not LO bug reproducible by others. You wrote "User Profile Reset: Yes" but please confirm you really did rename or delete LO user folder. And paste Help-About.
