A legend moved into the chart area does not perist and gets moved back to midway up the 2nd Y axis

It turns out someone was viewing and saving with Excel 2013.

When the ods file is opened in Excel, the chart legend is moved to mid right.

It's bug in excel then. Please report it to Excel's bugtracker.
