Buttons borders are not smooth.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Writer
2. Hover over buttons

Actual Results:
Button edges are not smooth

Expected Results:
Button edges are smooth


Reproducible: Always


User Profile Reset: No


OpenGL enabled: Yes

Additional Info:
Not all buttons in the application look bad. It's mostly the one on the top bar that aren't seemingly from GTK3.

Steps to Reproduce:

1.Open Libreoffice writer.
2.Look out the tools buttons.

Actual result:

It seems like normal and smoothy.

Expected result:

Button edges are smooth

I confirm. The border is smooth around dropdowns, for example. The borders that appear on hover or those around the justification buttons are aliased.

This is only with gtk3. With kf5 the borders have antialiasing.
