Description:
Title says it all - looks like I have to go back to 7.2.7 (which I've been using for a while)

Steps to Reproduce:
1.run 7.2.7 calc and get a notice that a newer version is available
2.download & install 7.3.4 > restart computer
3.new version refuses to start

Actual Results:
nothing happens > plan to uninstall & go back to 7.2.7 & hope I don't lose anything

Expected Results:
nothing

1. Try with https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/UserProfile#Resolving_corruption_in_the_user_profile as indicated in bug report form with "LO User Profile Reset: ".

2. Also try https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/QA/FirstSteps#Graphics-related_issues_.28_Skia_.29

You may start LO with a shortcut that has:
C:\Windows\System32\cmd.exe /c "set SAL_DISABLESKIA=1 && START /D ^"C:\Program Files\LibreOffice\program^" soffice.exe"

3. Once you start LO, paste Here system info from Help-About.
