Description:
On subsequent openings of the same document, I notice that the formatting of the text has changed: a certain font (e.g. Calibri) is replaced with another (Lucida or Helvetica). So I have to intervene manually to reformat the text.

Actual Results:
Avoid formatting changes when reopening a document.

Expected Results:
The document must retain exactly the same formatting as when it is closed.

Please attach a minimal sample file with no personal info.
Is it on the same computer where created, is Calibri present on opening comp?
