Description Tim 2022-07-18 17:20:56 UTC
Description:
I have an Epson SC-T3475 printer. I would like to print my family tree on it. I need to be able to say what size I need. Revert back to 8.5x11in.
I need it to let me set the size to 24" x to over 1200"

Steps to Reproduce:
1.I will let someone remote in on my computer if needed so that it can be tested and fixed.
2.
3.

Actual Results:
I pick the size and it reverts back to standard 8.5x11 paper

Expected Results:
Print one long document 24" by what ever size I need.

Have you tried changing the page size in Format > Page style > Page tab?
I was able to change the height to a very large value, but if you reach a maximum value, it is possible to change that maximum in the expert configuration.
