Description: I have an Epson SC-T3475 printer. I would like to print my family tree on it. I need to be able to say what size I need. Revert back to 8.5x11in. I need it to let me set the size to 24" x to over 1200" Steps to Reproduce: 1.I will let someone remote in on my computer if needed so that it can be tested and fixed. 2. 3. Actual Results: I pick the size and it reverts back to standard 8.5x11 paper Expected Results: Print one long document 24" by what ever size I need. Reproducible: Always User Profile Reset: No Additional Info: Please help. MSWord, Word Perfect, and Print Master does not work. this is my last chance to make this happen. Have you tried changing the page size in Format > Page style > Page tab? I was able to change the height to a very large value, but if you reach a maximum value, it is possible to change that maximum in the expert configuration.
