Shift is used to select cells. No repro.
I lower priority and set Needinfo for reporter to see and test bug 150009 where also others cannot repro and that's also Debian GTK3 installed from .deb.

Few minutes ago, i test new version 7.4.0.2 and the bug persist.

I tested in other environments (plasma, xfce4, cinnamon) with the same behaviour.
I tested previous version 7.3.5.2 too and is working ok. Here a link to video with demostration.

Hi Tavo, as reported in Bug 150336 it may be related to some installed extension.

Please, try running LibreOffice in safe mode. If it works, then resetting the profile will fix the problem. But know that this will erase all settings and extensions you installed.

Can you share the list of extensions you're using so I can look into it?

Libreoffice 7.4 Extensions

Hi Rafael!

In fact, in the safe mode the software works properly.
I follow your suggestion and the problem is gone, so, this ticket will be closed.

Anyway, i don't installed anything else that Libreoffice it self, so i don't know wich extension could cause the problem.

The photo attached was capture before clean profile.

Thank you for all our time and suggestions.

Best Regards for all of you.

Hi everybody. It's me again.

The issue is back but i was able to reproduce it:

With spanish version:

1 - Open calc
2 - Go to menu "Ver --> Interfaz de Usuario"
3 - Select "En Pestañas"
4 - Close Calc
5 - Open again and the initial issue (first message of this thread) is present.

If i change back the option of "Interfaz de Usuario" to original, the problem dissapear.

Please, check if you can reproduce.
