Description:
Libre Draw doesn't export dotted lines and underlined fonts in eps and other file types

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create drawing with doted or dashed lines. Add fonts with underline
2. Export to eps
3. Lines are solid and text is not underlined.

Actual Results:
Lines are solid and text is not underlined.

Expected Results:
Lines should be dotted/dashed and text underlined


Reproducible: Always
