Description:
General input/output error when I try to open a PDF file

This one follows by bug 137544.



Steps to Reproduce:
1. Try open the attach from bug 137544 
https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/attachment.cgi?id=166444

I get General input/output error every time

Actual Results:
I get General input/output error every time

Expected Results:
LO should just open the PDF file


Reproducible: Always


User Profile Reset: No

I can open the file with Version: 7.5.0.0.alpha0+ / LibreOffice Community

Locale: cs-CZ (cs_CZ.UTF-8); UI: en-US

It was the problem with SiGUI installation/updating in the same path. 
After LO reinstalling this problem is gone. 
Sorry for noise.
