This is not a bug. The range (including the H column) in the sample is managed by a conditional formatting, that applies a style 'cf1' when values are negative. Removing that CF fixes the display.

However:
1. The sample has a problem: all cell styles are uneditable in LO 7.3 and earlier; for 7.4+, the cell style list is even disabled in style manager. Looks like some kind of a document corruption;
2. The document is saved using LO 7.3.4.2. Was it created and modified always using LibreOffice, or was some different software used in addition? (I am thinking about https://ask.libreoffice.org/t/spreadsheet-error-recovery/79724, which included a broken spreadsheet generated by OnlyOffice, possibly because of online editing.)
3. You put '4.4.7.2' in 'Version' field. What do you mean?
