Created attachment 181565 [details] Example file from Calc Attached file contains two comment boxes with some text. For the first, I set custom spacing to borders, for the second I left the defaults. When saved to XLSX and reloaded, these are lost and replaced with default values. In Excel, these defaults are greater than in Calc, so the text does not fit inside the comment boxes anymore. 1. Open attached file, it has two comment boxes. First one (A1) has Left: 0.2 cm, Right: 0.3 cm, Top: 0 cm, Bottom: 0.15 cm. The second one (A9) has default 0.1 cm for all. See Format - Text box and Shape - Text dialog. 2. Save as XLSX and open it: 2/A: in Calc both boxes have 0.1 cm borders. 2/B: in Excel both boxes have 0.25 cm left/right and 0.13 cm top/bottom internal margins.
