Description:
Track Changes: !!br0ken!! appears in table cells on redo of deleting table rows

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Writer
2. Insert a 3x5 table (3 columns/5 rows)
3. Edit -> track changes -> Record ON (Show ON)
4. Delete top row, middle row and bottom row
5. Press CTRL+Z to undo everything
6. Press and hold CTRL+Y to redo everything

Actual Results:
A) !!br0ken!! appears
B) delete bottom row isn't restored

Expected Results:
No !!br0ken!! & proper redo


Reproducible: Always
