Description:
Track changes: Font Formatting changes deleting some text (RTL/Arabic)

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open attachment 81741 [details]
2. CTRL+SHIFT + ARROW DOWN (5x)
3. Backspace

Actual Results:
Font becomes big, like heading

Expected Results:
Font stays the same


Reproducible: Always


User Profile Reset: No

If the bug is in the bibisect 6.2 repro, some terminal command must (I forgot) to to enable the redline code-changes: else you land with the commit: "sw_redlinehide: make layout based Show/Hide mode the default"

This could be bibisected to the same commit as bug 139685's start, and seems to be the same issue, let's mark as duplicate.
