Description: Paste special should have a more direct route. Where you have a sheet with a mix of calculated numeric and text values then there should be an option to paste the value, removing the formula. Currently you either need to paste special / paste special / Values Only or paste special / text for the text column(s) then paste special / Numbers for the numeric column(s). Not great UX. How about paste special / Values (like the *other* spreadsheet). Steps to Reproduce: 1.Create some calculated numeric cells 2.create some text based expressions / formulas 3.Copy and paste the actual resultant values. Actual Results: Possible but with too many steps Expected Results: Paste / Special / Values Only Reproducible: Always User Profile Reset: No Additional Info: None
@reporter Please create a more specific description of your needs with a) a sample document containing data source, desired result of paste special and your steps how to reach the desired result b) your suggestions how to improve process.
