Description:
When I editing the table, the ribbon elements disappear. 

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a table or click on the table 

Actual Results:
The ribbon elements like fonts, bold, kurve and etc are dissapears

Expected Results:
Еhe elements of the tape should not disappear


Reproducible: Always


User Profile Reset: No


OpenGL enabled: Yes
