Description:
When I try to open a CSV file with more than 100.000 lines, then LibreOffice crashes.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open The document with Calc
2. When you have the CSV dialog, click OK
3.

Actual Results:
There is a crash

Expected Results:
LibreOffice should open the document without a crash


Reproducible: Always


User Profile Reset: Yes



Additional Info:
Previously, with my previous version 7.0.4, it doesn't crash, thus, it's a regression
