Description:
An help page in Base is  missing at the adresse : file:///C:/Program%20Files/LibreOffice/help/fr/text/sdatabase/020010100.html?DbPAR=BASE#bm_id3153323

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Create a database
2.Enter view design
3.click on Help button

Actual Results:
Error 404. Page is missing. or a Query design page is displayed.

Expected Results:
A design view page should be displayed.


Reproducible: Always
