Description: Highlighting made with Adobe Acrobat Reader (free-paid tool of the free-paid software) is rendered by a opaque pattern over the text. Text is masked, unreadable. And stay masked if you export as PDF. In a first view i thought that it was a problem of order of rendering (over/under text), but as the color is altered (darker), it's a problem of transparency rendering. Steps to Reproduce: 1. Open a PDF file with Adobe Acrobat Reader 2. Highlight some words or sentences 3. Save as a new PDF 4. Open it in LibreOffice Draw Actual Results: --> Highlighting appears as a opaque pattern over the text, covering it, by the way, and keeping it unreadable. Expected Results: Highlighting should be rendered as highlighting (Adobe Reader can be used only on texts) As easier workarounds, it may be rendered - by a pattern with transparency over the text (*better*) - or, by a pattern without transparency under the text (*worst* as colors are affected) Reproducible: Always User Profile Reset: No Additional Info: Note that the highlighting is well rendered (not covering the text) in: Microsoft Edge Firefox Gimp Experimented with : LibreOffice 7.2.7.2 Adobe Acrobat Reader 2022.001.20142 on Win 11

I guess the correct would be to have the text above the highlight - Transparency is not being applied. I don't know the exact value, but it seems to be around 70%)
Seems a duplicate. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of bug 93200 ***
