Description:
split bar moves on its own, so it has to be moved again and again and again and again

Steps to Reproduce:
1. open divbar.xls
2. observe horizontal position of split bar
3. Save the file, Close the file
4. open divbar.xls

Actual Results:
the split bar has moved left a noticeable amount, and will move more each open

Expected Results:
the split bar location should not change (except by explicit user action), just like with and ods file


Reproducible: Always


User Profile Reset: No

STEP 3: Again open divbar.xls and save.You can see in attachement 2.2.png
STEP 4: Again open divbar.xls and save.You can see in attachement 2.3.png
STEP 5: In every .png (every time ,i open and save) , you can notice the split bar moves automatically.

I reproduce, already with oldest of linux-43all repository. Apparently there was bug 121112 for this, but it was closed due to being in NEEDINFO.

There was also bug 60045 about the binary XLS format, but the problem was reported to have disappeared.
