Description: I opened and saved a file using openpyxl without making any changes. The output file looks identical in excel. However in libreoffice the number formatting and fill color is missing for some cells. Steps to Reproduce: 1.Open test2.xlsx in excel and in libreoffice 3. Actual Results: Libreoffice is not showing number formats and color fill for some cells Expected Results: Same appearance in excel and libreoffice Reproducible: Always User Profile Reset: Yes Additional Info: shown the same as excel

Repro with Version: 7.4.1.2 / LibreOffice Community Build ID: 40(Build:2) CPU threads: 16; OS: Linux 5.15; UI render: default; VCL: kf5 (cairo+xcb) Locale: pt-BR (pt_BR.UTF-8); UI: en-US Ubuntu package version: 1:7.4.1~rc2-0ubuntu0.22.04.1~lo1 Calc: threaded Colors in columns "F" to "I" as well as in the first row in columns "J" to "O" were not imported.
