Description: So, actually this isn't first I got this bug, except for scrolling bug. This bug (flickering UI) happen to me in first installation on Linux with Cinnamon desktop environment. I don't know what's the problem, but when i use XFCE or Bspwm it run normally, no bug, no following scroll, no slowdown/lagging. If I use VCL X11, it run normally too. Maybe that's from Cinnamon or my graphics card issue, but if I report to them, I'll be told to report to libreoffice team later, but if I report here, I'm told to report to Cinnamon team. So yeah i don't know, I'll just report it here. For attachment of log? I don't know what i will attach because when i run from terminal it's show no error. I am experiencing this same issue, most notably in Impress. I'm running 7.4.2.3 but have seen this consistently in previous versions. Sidebar menus (on the right, Properties, Styles, Gallery etc.) will flicker when I move my mouse cursor on the screen. Similar issues I've seen elsewhere suggest that this is a GTK-3 problem, and recommend disabling hardware acceleration and disabling background cache options. Neither suggestion led to any improvement.
