Description:
Download latest APSO oxt from Extensions website
Attempt to install in a running instance of LibreOffice from macOS appstore.

After a short initial progress bar movement, an error is displayed:

Connector : couldn't connect to pipe "7455cacb218ef59167c8ca46584133310ac1be07bc26e11fb79f053562fbc": 10

Actual Results:
APSO fails to install

Expected Results:
Extension should install and be functional

Further testing reveals that it is not just APSO, but also the latest version of the MRI extension, with a similar error message :

The extensions MRI and APSO do eventually get installed, after repeated attempts, multiple restarts of LO, and forced activation of the extension.

Still not correct behaviour though.

Can confirm, I get this error when attempting to install APSO
